With this healing modality, I will help you to move any stuck energy and unprocessed emotions so you feel lighter, in a flow, and more joyful. You will feel more at home in your body. 

When we repress negative emotions like sadness, fear, anxiety, anger, and frustration, we also block joy and our ability to be present. 

I offer in-person BBTRS Breathwork sessions to help shift your mental state and calm down your nervous system. I hold a safe grounded environment for you to connect deeper with yourself, and to release whatever you need to so that you can heal.   

In a BioDynamic Breathwork session, your body is encouraged to release and complete those unfinished fight, flight, or freeze responses in a highly supportive, nurturing environment using open-mouth connected breathing, therapeutic touch, sound, conscious movement, and emotional expression. 

This powerful healing modality creates a safe and supportive space in which the body can unwind and release long-held stress and trauma, and works effectively without any need to relive painful experiences by talking about them.

By increasing this capacity to compassionately sit with your difficult emotions, you will be able to move away from resorting to using harmful coping mechanisms and addictive behaviors that are so common in our society, while also connecting more intimately with yourself and others.
