Most people who find their way here have already tried talking about it. Therapy, journaling, working through it in their heads. Something still hasn't moved. Breathwork works at a different level, through the body, not around it. When the nervous system begins to regulate, things that felt stuck for years start to shift.

I work with people one-to-one, in weekly group sessions in New York City, and with teams and brands who want their people to walk out different from how they walked in.

Seven years ago, my body stopped being something I could ignore. That's when this work found me. I've been inside it ever since.

What I offer goes beyond breathwork alone. Each session combines conscious connected breathing with sound, gentle touch, and bodywork, drawing on 500 hours of Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System (BBTRS) training. The body doesn't need to relive something to release it. And what opens up when it does isn't only relief. It's a wider capacity, for difficulty and for joy, for the full range of what's been waiting.
